AboutThe Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team at Heristo AG. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined employee group across various HR functions, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to offboarding. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising leadership on personnel matters, implementing HR strategies, and supporting organizational development initiatives. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of HR within our organization, contributing to a positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.

- A completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, with solid knowledge of employment law, payroll tax, and social security regulations.
- High service orientation and self-motivation are essential qualities.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong implementation capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Manage and support a designated employee group across all HR areas, from onboarding to exit procedures.
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and employees within your scope, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee all recruitment activities in collaboration with relevant departments to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement and monitor adherence to labor law, social security, and tax regulations, ensuring legal compliance across all HR processes.
- Lead and actively participate in group-wide HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
