You will support the team of “Engagement & Enablement” shaping the culture of DHL Group. We aim to provide our colleagues world-wide with offers that drive our leadership culture and boost employee engagement. Specifically, we offer a variety of certified learning formats and foster best-practice sharing and networking across the group. As part of the internship, you will work closely with various departments and HR business partners and gain interesting insights into the work of the various divisions of DHL Group in the area of Group Certified & Learning.

• You will actively support transforming the complex world of HR data into clear, compelling insights and executive-ready dashboards.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new dashboardsfrom the initial concept to final presentationeither independently or with guidance.
• You will help enhance user experience and the visual design of dashboard content by providing suggestions for improvement.
• Additionally, you will accompany the alignment process of content and dashboard structures with stakeholders and support divisional partners in Human Res sources in initiatives aimed at improving data quality.
• You should be able to independently develop less complex dashboards together with the respective stakeholders, while more complex dashboards will be created under the guidance of internal and external service providers.
• You will also be expected to perform advanced and/or ad-hoc analysis of our HR data upon request.
