The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead / HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to join our headquarters in Pinneberg near Hamburg. This pivotal role involves leading and developing our HR Business Partner team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving forward our modern HR practices. As a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, supporting organizational change, and ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our HR structures, processes, and culture to support our growth and transformation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of HR within a thriving organization and to work closely with various stakeholders to implement innovative HR solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. You should have several years of comprehensive experience in HR advisory or consultancy roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner, demonstrating strong advisory skills. Proven leadership experience managing a team is essential, along with extensive knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining agreements, and practical application in HR processes.

A solid understanding of business operations and experience in project management and change management are also required. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, a confident demeanor, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR Business Partner team both technically and disciplinarily, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual support.
  • Shape and develop the role of the HR Business Partner in collaboration with your team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers on all personnel-related and employment law matters within the North region and the central office.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, change management, and organizational development to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage and lead projects aligned with HR's strategic priorities, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Proactively identify emerging HR trends and translate these insights into innovative HR processes and measures to support future growth.
