• Own the support, enhancement and continuous improvement of Employee Central and selected Success Factors modules across Europe
• Manage support requests via the ticketing system, including analysis, troubleshooting and independent resolution of incidents
• Contribute to demand management: capture requirements, configure the system, coordinate testing and support Go‑Live activities
• Support European locations with organizational changes, workflows, approval processes and interface‑related topics
• Drive ongoing optimization of the Success Factors landscape and support the planning and implementation of system updates

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, HR Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors, ideally with a strong focus on Employee Central
• Solid knowledge of rollouts, workflow design, system configuration and support processes
• Experience working with ticketing systems and handling HR‑IT support requests
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, integrations and automation opportunities
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style with motivation for operational, hands‑on tasks
• Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken
