What you will be doing?The position will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and managers, driving optimal contract performance and meeting all elements of the service level agreement. All whilst ensuring that clients, candidates, and colleagues consistently receive an experience that reflects Page Outsourcing’s values.
Key Activities could include:- Capturing successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities
- Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
- Tracking candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
- Responding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates
- Working with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays
- Arranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboarding
- Working with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationship
- Raising requests for facilities or systems access
- Booking candidates into orientation / day 1 activities
- Sharing new joiner packs or information
- Managing contractor and temp to perm conversions
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Reliable and well organised
