YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Create and roll out HR processes and structures that enable site growth while ensuring compliance with U.S./Ohio labor laws and alignment with global KERN‑LIEBERS standards.
- Hire and onboard efficiently to improve speed, quality and retention
- Run training and development programs and meet compliance requirements.
- Build local talent pipelines with career centers and coordinate closely with Corporate HR
- Manage HR information system/payroll and benefits and partner
- Brings at least 5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Applies solid knowledge of Ohio labor law and U.S. employment practices.
- Offers experience with expatriates, union environments, Paylocity, 401(k) and EHS
- Communicates and collaborates confidently across levels and geographies (additional languages a plus
- Compatibility of family & career
