As the disciplinary lead next to the functional leads, you will empower and develop employees for self‑responsibility and self‑organization. You will identify required competencies of people and measures for their further development. You will work closely with all CCM leaders to successfully pursue and achieve the goals of the CCM vision and strategy. The disciplinary management (salary, promotion, leave of absence, evaluation, etc.),
including administrative activities and consideration of the employment law framework will also be part of your tasks as well as the people related budget management.
Your contribution:
You will play a vital role in shaping the future international Customer Care matrix structure while managing to keep a balance between enabling team members to achieve the goals, personnel costs and employee motivation.
Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. Your disciplinary responsibility will be focused to the local employees.

Your education:
You have successfully completed a degree or an apprenticeship with a HR / Personal development focus.
Your experience:
Your expertise in performance‑oriented people management will be crucial in driving our team's success. Furthermore, your experience in a global setting, combined with your talent for simplifying complex situations and processes.
You have a minimum B2‑level English proficiency as well as C1‑level Polish and very good people management and leadership skills. Also you have coaching, learning and facilitator skills. Communication and solution‑oriented mindset (also out‑of‑the‑box‑thinking) as well as conceptual working round off your profile.
You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive to work in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment. And you also are enthusiastic and able to deal with conflicts in a positive and constructive way.
