The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, and conduct interviews in both English and Spanish. Ideal candidates will be fluent in both languages, have a strong interpersonal skill set, and possess at least 1–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a call center environment.
