As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions. You will:

• Lead and support workshops on HR process analysis, conception, implementation, and harmonisation.
• Drive SAP HCM and Success Factors projects, including migrations to S/4
  
  HANA and cloud integration.
• Configure and customise SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM, PY, PT).
• Take part in project management and presales initiatives.
• Contribute to expanding the HR transformation team and knowledge base.

• Several years’ project experience as an SAP HCM consultant or in-house specialist.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP HCM configuration and business process knowledge across HR.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors or S/4
  
  HANA HR transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• A collaborative, client‑focused approach with problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
