Payroll Specialist

To support our continued growth in Europe, we’re looking for a Payroll Lead / Specialist to join our team in Germany. • Lead and manage German payroll operations with precision and compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams to run multi-country payroll processes.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and SOX/local compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Handle escalations and provide expert guidance to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and year-end testing.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in German payroll processing.
• Experience working with international/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, Success Factors, Workday).
• Strong coordination, validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
