Workday Functional Consultant – Keylime Consultants

Keylime Consultants are supporting a world-class global consulting firm and certified Workday Partner, seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join a high-performing international team delivering complex and innovative Workday programmes.

This is a permanent role based in Germany
, largely remote, with client travel as required.

• Strong Workday functional knowledge gained within consulting or an in‑house environment, including hands‑on project delivery and configuration
• A flexible skillset and mindset suited to a varied role spanning both Workday implementations and AMS work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support an international enterprise client base
• Professional German language skills, with the ability to engage confidently with German‑speaking clients and stakeholders
• Specialist knowledge in at least one, and ideally more, of the following:
  Workday Recruiting, Workday Learning, Workday Talent
• Collaborative, organised and client‑focused approach
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Eligibility to work in Germany without visa restrictions

As a Workday Functional Consultant
, you will play a key role across both customer implementations and ongoing AMS support. You will work closely with international clients to deliver high‑quality Workday solutions, contributing across the full lifecycle from design and configuration through to deployment, optimisation and support. The role offers genuine variety, combining project delivery with longer‑term client partnership and system evolution.
