A sustainable technology start-up is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate the entire recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. You'll conduct initial interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while working closely with management to analyze their needs. The ideal candidate has a vocational training or degree in human resources, is business fluent in German and English (C1), and has initial experience in recruiting or related fields.
Flexible working hours and 30 vacation days/year are offered.
