As a Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high‑level leadership and C‑Suite roles within our client organizations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with new client companies while working alongside proven leaders in the recruiting industry.

• Client Collaboration

  Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
• Client Development
  :
  Build and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C‑level executives.
• Candidate Recruitment
  :
  Source and recruit top talent using multi‑channel strategies, focusing on Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries.
• Portfolio Management
  :
  Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
• Market Intelligence
  :
  Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with the team.

• 2+ years of search and recruiting experience in an agency setting.
• Business Development or Outbound Sales experience plus!
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong determination, excellent communication, and high organization.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairlawn, Ohio.
