Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support and grow our German permanent recruitment offering within the veterinary sector.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with veterinary employers and candidates across Germany. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing veterinary professionals into permanent positions, while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.

This is a full‑time, remote role
, with the option to work from our Exeter (UK) headquarters for candidates based nearby. You will collaborate closely with our international leadership and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage permanent recruitment assignments within the German veterinary market
  • Consult with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice
  • Source and engage veterinary professionals using a range of attraction methods
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate offers, placements, and aftercare
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Accurately manage recruitment activity within internal systems
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment
    , ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a related professional market
  • Previous experience recruiting within Germany
  • Native‑level German and fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while contributing to a global team
  • Experience with in veterinary or animal health recruitment is advantageous but not essential
