OverviewAs a Principal in our Total Rewards practice, you’ll design and deliver cutting‑edge compensation solutions that attract, engage, and retain top talent while navigating EU Pay Transparency Directive and evolving global legislation.
What You’ll Do- Champion Pay Transparency: Implement strategies that promote fairness and trust across organizations.
- Lead Complex Projects: Drive multi‑workstream reward programs for clients across sectors and geographies.
- Advise on Compliance: Align compensation frameworks with EU directives and global standards.
- Advance DE&I Goals: Use pay transparency to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Leverage Data & Technology: Utilize Korn Ferry’s Pay Equity tools to analyze gaps and recommend solutions.
- Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops, onboard clients, and build strong relationships with HR leaders and executives.
- Deep expertise in Total Rewards, ideally from international projects.
- Experience leading complex compensation programs and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional EU languages a plus).
- Consulting experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR.
- Familiarity with Works Councils or union environments is highly desirable.
