Responsibilities
- Planung und Implementierung der Integration zwischen HCM On-Premise-Systemen und SAP Success Factors
- Koordination und Überwachung der Anpassungen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen zwischen HCM und Success Factors
- Verantwortung für Integrationsthemen im Rahmen der konzernweiten Einführung von Success Factors Employee Central und anderen Success Factors-Modulen
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP HCM Umfeld sowie bezüglich dem SAP-Produkt Success Factors auf technischer Ebene
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Personalprozessen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Koordinationsgeschick, haben Freude an zukunftweisenden Projekten und stehen neuen Herausforderungen offen gegenüber
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
