Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Chagrin Falls, OH, for a Food & Beverage Director. The Food & Beverage Director will oversee the planning, management, and execution of all food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include developing menus, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, managing budgets, and leading the food service team. The role also involves maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Food Service, Culinary Skills, and Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost management
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional service
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
