Reception
Entry: immediately, or by arrangement
- Sound and successfully completed training in the hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in the front office / reservation area, ideally in a managerial position
- Enjoy dealing with demanding guests
- Good written and spoken English language skills, another foreign language is an advantage
- Familiarity with hotel software such as Fidelio Suite 8, Open Table, Microsoft Office & Busy Rooms
- A host with all your heart and always a smile on your face
- Goal-oriented to give the guest a perfect first and last impression
- Service readiness, guest orientation, commitment and flexibility as top priorities
- Confident and skillful appearance, always with a warm, personal touch
- Team player who keeps composure even on a turbulent day
- Hands‑on mentality—active support in everyday operations
- Management and organization of the reception and reservation team
- Ensuring a professional and cordial guest service (check‑in, check‑out, guest care)
- Responsibility for processing and maintaining all reservations (rooms, events, arrangements)
- Optimizing occupancy and increasing revenue through active sales and upselling
- Close cooperation with housekeeping, F&B and management departments
- Creation of duty rosters and staff training
- Complaints management and quality assurance
- Control and maintenance of booking and reservation systems
- Preparation of reports and key figures for management
