Overview

Duties and Expectations

Guest Relations – Greet guests happily at arrival and throughout their stay; use guests’ names whenever possible.

Guest Satisfaction – Contribute to overall guest satisfaction scores; handle challenging situations with hospitality and urgency.

Hotel Knowledge – Understand all features and amenities of the hotel.

Events & Technology – Support all groups/events and stay current with relevant technology.

Phone Etiquette – Answer inbound calls with friendly service using the approved greeting.

Spotless Cleanliness & Housekeeping

  • Maintain clean, organized front and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time.
  • Handover reports must be accurate and timely.
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards.
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with teammates.

Collaboration and Attitude

  • Possess a can‑do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role.
  • Work collaboratively at all levels to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in hospitality or service‑facing franchise.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
  • Work well under high‑pressure, stressful conditions.
  • Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Desire to serve all guests.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Willing to work varied schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Adherence to clock‑in/out and break policies.
Physical Demands
  • Stooping, bending, climbing ladders, stairs, ramps.
  • Balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking long distances.
  • Repetitive wrist and hand motions.
  • Lifting of linens, trash, vacuums.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate $700.00.
