Patient Care Technician - Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)
3‑4 Days A Week, 12+ Hour Shifts

What You Can ExpectIn this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. PCTs work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care.
Full‑time schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Scheduled days will vary based on market needs.
Spending the majority of your day in direct one‑on‑one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
ComplexityDSD dialysis care is complex but fulfilling. Meeting or exceeding clinical outcomes is the goal, and multitasking is expected to meet the needs of the service, the patients, and our SNF partners.
Training- Your training includes a combination of classroom and hands‑on learning through DaVita’s award‑winning training programs.
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST BE OCDT CERTIFIED.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.
