Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative, school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs within a public school setting. This position is designed for sustainability and balance — all documentation and responsibilities are completed during your scheduled workdays.

This role focuses on meaningful consultation, staff coaching, and behavior plan development rather than high-volume direct therapy.

• 4-day workweek
• All documentation completed during contract hours
• Collaborative team model (not isolated practice)
• Predictable school schedule (aligned with district calendar)
• Emphasis on quality over caseload volume
• Administrative support provided

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Train staff in evidence-based behavior strategies
• Analyze data and make treatment recommendations
• Support implementation fidelity in classroom settings
• Collaborate with related service providers and administration
