Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to standardize processes and drive innovation!
Your task:
Together with the team, you will develop a service provider landscape with standardized contracts and procedures and manage that efficiently. You will be significantly involved in setting up a standardized partner network that provides flexibility in offering different locations, languages and is adaptable in handling volumes. You will be part of performing tender processes on a regular basis and are familiar with their monitoring.
Moreover, you drive process simplification and standardization.
Your contribution:
With the responsibility to define standardized contracts and establish a target process to set requirements for the service providers you will actively shape the future of the international CCM matrix organization.
Your environment:
CCM is an international matrix organization. You will work in an international setting with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. Monitoring costs and changes, you will collaborate regularly with our accounting and controlling departments and will also have interfaces to the purchasing department to discuss tender topics and the development of our external service providers.
