Resident Care Companion and STNA (Richville, Ohio)
We are seeking dedicated Resident Care Companions and STNAs for full‑time second shift and part‑time third shift positions.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Build positive relationships and offer companionship to residents.
Skills needed include patience, empathy, good communication, and attention to detail.
