We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion / STNA (Days or Afternoons) in Millersburg, located in Shreve, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide quality personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring resident health, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition support.
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
- Maintain a respectful and caring attitude towards residents.
- Follow safety protocols and facility policies.
Strong communication, empathy, reliability, and attention to detail are required.
