Responsibilities- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to staff
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition needs
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
- Follow care plans and facility policies diligently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Respectful, compassionate, and attentive to residents' needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
