Role Overview
This position combines surgical assisting, anesthesia support, and collaborative patient care across four locations (Boardman, Fairlawn, Mayfield, Belden). You will assist with dentoalveolar surgery, implants, pathology, and sedation-based procedures while working within a supportive, team-focused environment.
Compensation & Growth- Pay range: $22–$28/hour based on experience and licensure
- Travel pay between 3–4 different Northeast Ohio locations
- Structured training in oral surgery and anesthesia workflows

- Assist during oral surgery and IV sedation cases
- Support anesthesia monitoring and maintain clinical readiness
- Prepare surgical rooms and equipment efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Communicate positively and work effectively within a team
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adaptability
- Travel between office locations as scheduled (reimbursed)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Oral Surgery Assistant or experienced Dental Assistant seeking advancement
- EMT or Paramedic
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

You will work directly alongside Dr. Krajekian, a nationally recognized, board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon known for advanced surgical and anesthesia care. Our surgical practice offers IV sedation, advanced monitoring, and both complex and common OMFS surgical procedures.

Qualifications- A minimum of a High School Diploma
- Certified in the state you are applying as an RDA (CA, AZ, NV)
- Must have a current X-Ray License
- CPR and ACLS certificates required, OMSA or DAANCE preferred
- Travelling required
