• Oversee daily operations of the respiratory therapy department
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and patient-centered care

• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential
  - Long Term Care experience
• 3+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care principles, practices, and protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive quality improvement initiatives

• Master's degree in respiratory therapy, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and respiratory therapy information systems
• Certification in respiratory therapy management (e.g., RRT-NPS)
