Wir erforschen, entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten unsere eigenen Medikamente sowie ein Portfolio von lizenzierten Produkten, die auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Therapiebereiche zugeschnitten sind. Heute zählen wir knapp 2000 Mitarbeitende und haben ein Portfolio von über 100 Produkten in mehr als 90 Ländern.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten P&C Team
* Eigenverantwortliche operative Bearbeitung des Bewerbermanagementsystems mit Blick darauf, unseren Kandidat:innen eine tolle Candidate Experience zu bereiten
* Abstimmung mit Agenturen zur Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
* Sichtung eingegangener Bewerbungen, Vorselektion anhand der Stellenanforderungen sowie Terminabsprache und der Korrespondenz mit Kandidat:innen
* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen

Aufgaben des gesamten Employee-Lifecycle## Ausbildung
* Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang gerne mit Schwerpunkt Human Ressources Management## ## Erfahrung
* Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Management von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
* Eigenständige, präzise und organisierte Arbeitsweise
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse We are a
