Job Details

Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week
Pay: $17–$22 per hour
Benefits: PTO, professional development
Background check required. Successful candidates receive a conditional offer of employment pending satisfactory screening results.

Location

Danville, OH.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in‑home using individualized ABA treatment plans.
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills.
Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
Support families through parent training and consistent communication.

Qualifications

1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
A passion for helping children grow and succeed.
Reliable transportation to client homes in Wadsworth.
