Position: Client Consultant (m/f/d) Clinics and Service Providers

**** Tasks
* * As a successful client consultant, you represent T-Systems as a strong ICT provider and digitization partner among our customers in the healthcare provider segment, particularly hospitals and other service providers. You establish reliable customer relationships at decision maker level and bring current challenges and needs of our customers into line with our extensive portfolio. With our partners, you will develop new solutions for our clients' healthcare challenges.

T-Systems is the partner for future-oriented, sovereign cloud and IT services as well as the secure handling of sensitive data in healthcare.
* As part of pre-sales activities, you advise the customer, support the acquisition phase and take responsibility for concluding and achieving sales goals
* You bring new solutions and technologies in connection with the requirements of the service provider market, and manage the sales journey
* You support account management and sales with your professional, industry-specific expertise (e.g.: price-to-win analyses, workshops, process models, customer-specific solution design) and accompany customer acquisition from presentation to preparation of offers
* You analyse and identify challenges and needs on the customer side and contribute to the creation of concepts and suitable solutions
* You continuously monitor the market and identify potential topics and trends in healthcare, particularly in the healthcare provider segment, and develop ideas for new sales approaches
* Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a gateway and catalyst for start-ups and innovation topics
* Participation in aftersales and customer support
* Participation in procurement procedures
** Profil
* * You have a solid academic background in healthcare (e.g. medicine, medical informatics, health economics, or medical management). In addition, you have at least five years of experience in the area of service providers, in particular in the area of clinics, rehabilitation facilities or similar areas, and know the relevant processes, systems and  addition, you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Very good know-how in healthcare, in particular in hospital processes or current interoperability standards (HL7, IHE, FHIR, telematics infrastructure)
* You have relevant experience in consulting with demonstrable success in the healthcare sector, price analyses, a high degree and result orientation and negotiation security.
* You have a high IT affinity and an excellent understanding of intelligent solutions in the area of digital solutions and/or IT infrastructure/cloud technology,
* You know the challenges in healthcare, the specific legal requirements and the content of recent legislative processes and projects (e.g. DVG, PDSG, KHZG, TI2.0) and can translate these into a sales journey.
* Last but not least:
You need regular variety and new challenges — high “customer airtime” is also important for you
* You have the necessary willingness to travel, as well as fluent German & English skills

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
