DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to serve patients at our Navarre Dialysis Center. Dialysis experience preferred but training provided.

• Operate dialysis machines, monitor patients, and respond to alarms 25% of shift.
• Set up and maintain reverse osmosis water system, perform safety checks, and clean equipment 25% of shift.
• Collect and document patient data, monitor vascular access, and report to nurses 20% of shift.
• Initiate dialysis with proper cannulation techniques and review prescriptions 20% of shift.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling, lab requisitions, and chart entry 5% of shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working with blood, needles, acid or bicarbonate solutions.
• Physical ability to work long hours (12+ hour shifts) and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player who can manage stressful situations.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and early shifts starting as 3:00 am.
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within territory.
• Dialysis certifications (e.g., BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician) preferred.

Part‑time – 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month; operating hours Monday‑Saturday from 3:00 am to 6:00 pm. Training period averages 32‑40 hours per week.
