Eine gemeinnützige Organisation für soziale Dienste sucht ab 01.01.2026 für das Jugendzentrum "JuPhi" zwei Einrichtungsleitungen für Teilzeitstellen (29,5 Stunden/Woche). Zu den
Aufgaben gehören die Planung und Durchführung von Angeboten sowie die Netzwerkarbeit mit Ämtern und Schulen. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist erforderlich. Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach TV AWO BW. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit zur kreativen Mitgestaltung der Jugendarbeit.
