Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Neuroscience to support the Mid Atlantic region (DE, NJ, NY, PA). This field‑based role prefers a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport and is available in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Associate Director will lead the CAPLYTA Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy and contribute to the overall KOL strategy across the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with the brand team.
Job Responsibilities- Lead regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy, and faculty development.
- Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team, providing local market insights to craft future strategies.
- Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and other key partners.
- Maintain pulse on regional trends and coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross‑functional partners.
- Partner with analytics team to understand regional variations in treatment patterns.
- Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres.
- Facilitate, participate, and attend advisory boards where appropriate.
- Coordinate executive engagements with KOLs and commercial leadership.
- Closely supervise the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.
- Assist in crafting future innovative educational platforms and tailor education to local needs.
- Lead overall neuroscience strategy, inclusive of mapping, framework development, and innovative engagement planning for current brands and future launches.
- BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
- Deep understanding of cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.
- Travel up to 65% for internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in neuroscience.
- Previous cross‑functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations.
- Deep medical/scientific knowledge with a firm understanding of the psychiatry marketplace.
- Experience leading through change and transformation, product launches, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Complete all company and job‑related training within required timelines.

Pay Transparency$ - $
Benefits- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington)
- Holiday pay – 13 days per calendar year (including floating holidays)
- Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
