• Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Every other Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Execute each task thoughtfully, helping clients live healthy, fulfilling lives.
• Provide personal care—assisting with walking, hygiene, and bedside support.
• Perform domestic duties, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and errands.
• Support individuals or families during times of incapacitation, offering companionship and assistance adapting to new life situations.
• Carry out healthcare-related tasks under RN or physiotherapist guidance (vital signs, medication reminders).
• Plan, shop for, or prepare nutritious meals, or assist families in these tasks.
• Transport clients to appointments or outings.
• Educate or counsel clients on household upkeep, utilities, hygiene, nutrition, or childcare.
• Document and update client progress, services rendered, and any condition changes.
• Ensure weekly reporting compliance on client objectives and overall health.

• Capable of independently lifting up to 35 lbs; repositioning clients using adaptive equipment with assistance.
• Maintain current CPR certification and background check.
• Complete state-mandated 8-hour annual training and recertification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and complete mandated trainings (CPR, med-certification, DODD).
