Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky, OH. This position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency. - Soft Skills: Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group.
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings.
