We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky, OH. This position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

    Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group.
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings.
