- Teileprüfung incl. Dokumentationserstellung
- Erstmusterprüfungen / FAI für EN9100
- Weiterführende statistische Auswertungen / Fähigkeitsanalysen
- Betreuung von FDL-Kunden zu Qualitätsanforderungen
- Anwendung der Prüf- und Messtechnik auf alle bestehenden Maschinentypen (optisch, taktil, Multisensor)
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen von Produkten und Prozessen sowie deren Maßnahmenausleitung für Fertigungsablauf / Fertigungsunterlagen
- Mitwirkung / Pflege bei der Anpassung von Prüfplänen für Entwickler- und Serienteile
- Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern an Messmitteln
- Mitwirkung bei der Fertigungsoptimierung und Qualitätsverbesserung
