Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Location: The Pavilion at Piketon in Piketon, OH

Schedule: PRN

• Provide high-quality therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Document progress accurately and timely using facility systems
• Partner with nursing, therapy, and care teams to support resident goals
• Encourage residents with positivity, professionalism, and patience
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas safely and efficiently

• Active PTA license in the state of employment
• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
• Passion for senior care and rehabilitation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt, motivate, and support residents of varying abilities
