Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion / STNA for 8-hour 1st or 2nd shifts in Medina, Shreve, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to staff>
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Build positive relationships and ensure residents' well-being
Skills needed include compassion, patience, good communication, and attention to detail.
