Location: Lafayette
Join our team as a Resident Care Companion / STNA on 8-hour 1st or 2nd shifts at DSL Millersburg in Lafayette, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Support residents’ emotional well-being through engaging and respectful interactions.
- Follow all safety and facility protocols to promote resident safety and comfort.
Skills needed include excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork.
