Eine soziale Einrichtung in Deutschland sucht Betreuungskräfte zur Unterstützung älterer und pflegebedürftiger Menschen. Zu den
Aufgaben gehören die Begleitung bei Alltagsaktivitäten, Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte sowie Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses. Voraussetzung ist eine Qualifizierung nach §43b oder 87b SGBXI sowie soziale Kompetenz und Grundkenntnisse am PC. Eine positive Grundhaltung und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Bereitschaft zum Schicht- und Wochenenddienst sollte vorhanden sein.
