Resident Care Companion or STNA (All Shifts)

Join Danbury Senior Living as a Resident Care Companion or STNA (All Shifts). This role involves daily personal care, assisting with meals and activities, and ensuring residents have a comfortable and engaging day.

Base pay $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr full‑time benefits package includes:

• Assist residents with daily personal care routines such as showers, bathing, and hygiene
• Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments
• Support residents with additional daily needs as necessary
• Engage with residents to provide companionship and support during daily activities

• STNA certification required for STNA positions
• No certification required for Resident Care Companion role
• Experience in a similar capacity in a senior living setting is helpful but not required
• Positive outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are required
