Occupational Therapist – PRN / PT / FT
Absolute Health Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for PRN, Part‑Time, or Full‑Time schedules.
Job OverviewProvide skilled therapy services to patients in the Summit and Portage County areas, working under the direction of the patient’s Primary Care Physician. The role includes admissions, routine visits, on‑call visits, and occasional weekend availability.
Responsibilities- Complete patient admissions and assess therapeutic needs.
- Conduct routine and on‑call therapy visits in the assigned counties.
- Provide home‑care occupational therapy services.
- Manage and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of skilled home‑care experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Demonstrated flexible and efficient time management.
- Proficiency with computerized medical records.
- Strong customer service skills.
