As a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I, you will support rehabilitation therapists and deliver patient care. Your key responsibilities include setting up equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and collaborating with therapists and nurses to ensure high‑quality care.

• Set up and maintain therapy equipment.
• Assist therapists with daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient‑centered treatment.
• Prepare and transport patients according to the schedule.
• Communicate therapy outcomes and observations to therapists.

• CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completed elements required for the clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on‑the‑job training.
