Position: INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST with Security Clearance
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB

Duties DUTY 1:
Provides expertise on Intelligence operations, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/MASINT, Acquisition Intelligence, Targeting, All-Source / Fusion Analysis, and intelligence products for execution of intelligence taskings, collection, processing, analysis and dissemination. DUTY 2:
Organizes, plans, and oversees the activities of the unit's operations and training programs. DUTY 3:
Serves as an AFRC intelligence expert, interfacing with AFRC and AF Operations Centers, to maintain command/control/oversight and tasking of Air Force Reserve Forces within the Intelligence Squadron as well as Regular Air Force (RegAF) units, missions, and operations. DUTY 4:
Manages the Flight operations and training, apportioning and scheduling programs for assigned members. DUTY 5:
Manages training and readiness for the Flight. May serves as the Group or Squadron's lead for training and readiness for highly technical and multi-intelligence discipline/operations (to include HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/MASINT, Acquisition Intelligence, All-Source/Fusion Analysis, DCGS, and Targeting) supporting the U.S. Air Force, DoD, and National level Agencies in the areas of foreign intelligence, foreign counterintelligence, counter terrorism, anti-terrorism, combat operations, and peacekeeping/peace building operations worldwide.

* Must be a current member of the AF Reserves or willing/qualified to join
* The employee must be eligible for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Access.
* If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement. More information on PCS requirements, may be found at:  
* Total salary varies depending on location of position
* This posn is subject to provision of the DoD Priority Placement Program
* Must sign a mobility agreement
* As necessary, to meet special or essential unscheduled activities, may be required to work an uncommon tour of duty with brief advance notice.

* All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period
* Advance in hire may be authorized if there is demonstrable proof provided on your resume

* Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
* Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
* The employee may be required to fly in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments (TDY).
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities are essential to successful accomplishment of responsibilities inherent in this position.
* This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Qualifications THIS IS AN AIR RESERVE TECHNICIAN OFFICER POSITION. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer position located at 655 INTL/SURVEIL/RECON GP with the military rank of MAJ O-4, AFSC: 14N3.

The GG-13 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
