Government-Furnished Equipment/ Property Support, Senior F-16 WAM (Secret)

Credence, a privately‑held company recognized on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list for 12 years, is looking for a Government‑Furnished Equipment/ Property Support, Senior to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WAM) F‑16 division at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on the F‑16 “Viper” program, the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history, and involves GFE coordination, acquisition, and support for international customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating FMS documentation in compliance with U.S. Government and FMS policies.
• Support all GFE tasks and coordinate with a dispersed team to develop technical materials, briefings, and reports.
• Perform trade‑off studies to determine the best mix of GFE and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) for cost effectiveness and schedule requirements.
• Provide FMS LOA support, including evaluation of technical proposals, acquisition strategies, and property status reports.
• Assist in procurement planning, scheduling, and management of GFE and alternate mission equipment.
• Review AC SN, CCPs, and ECPs for impact to GFE, conduct studies for production line shortages, and manage acquisition and transportation processes.
• Maintain DD Form 610 lists, monitor and track assets, and support U.S. Government, prime contractor, and engineering personnel to ensure essential contracts are in place.
• Control transportation for the program by issuing control numbers and tracking deliveries from all LOA lines.
• Prepare GFP inputs for program documentation and develop risk‑management plans presented during briefings.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with at least ten (10) years of experience in the discipline, five (5) of which in DoD; OR bachelor’s degree with at least twelve (12) years experience, five (5) in DoD; OR minimum fifteen (15) years directly related experience with appropriate certifications, eight (8) in DoD.
• Specialized experience in the FMS process, including LOR, LOA, mission designation series support; experience with MILSTRIP, acquisition, supply, and transportation processes; and development of GFE and buyer‑furnished equipment listings.
