• Support financial and operational activities across multiple entities.
• Lead timely sales and expense forecasting; prepare, analyze, and report monthly gross profit by product.
• Support budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and FP&A activities.
• Lead month/quarter/year-end closing and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Review cash forecasts and manage treasury activities.
• Ensure bank mandates and authorized signatories are updated on time.
• Assist with legal, audit, tax, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, run depreciation, manage tagging, and conduct physical asset counts.
• Prepare GST and withholding tax returns; support corporate tax filings, including schedules and tax queries.
• Prepare monthly expense accruals, review expense accounts, and raise/open POs.
• Review and approve journal vouchers and payments.
• Manage master data (cost centres, business units, chart of accounts) in the system.
• Document, review, and improve operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls.
• Monitor capex vs plan and ensure proper recording per company policy.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years' relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing/trading.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and/or IFRS.
• ERP experience required;
  Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
