Pioneer (Transport provided from Jurong East bus terminal)
Working Hours:
5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package:
Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration:
Permanent Role
- Issue Purchase Orders for raw materials.
- Coordinate with Import Dept on supplier documents.
- Handle Inward Bill for Collection (IBC) and bank trade financing.
- Monitor payment schedules and prepare payments (USD expenses).
- Prepare daily bank financing and monthly supplier reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Support audit, GST, and tax filing requirements.
- Assist Accountant / Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications- Diploma in Accounting / ACCA.
- Minimum 3 years’ AP experience.
- Experience in IBC / trust receipts preferred.
