VIE_Controlling and Middle Office Analyst; M​/F; _Germany

As part of this VIE assignment, you will support controlling and middle office activities within a dynamic and international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Controlling / Finance
:
Perform monthly closing analyses of purchase and sales flows to identify pricing discrepancies, determine accruals
, and propose corrective actions. You will also contribute to the documentation of financial processes
, notably using SAP
.

Middle Office
:
Participate in the preparation of the monthly supply programme
, including process documentation and involvement in automation initiatives
.

Middle Office / Risk Management
:
Support the person in charge of the price risk management project
, including hedging simulations and result analysis
, and provide backup during absences.

Middle Office / Sustainability
:
Contribute to activities related to sustainability and CO² reduction obligations
.

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting preferred;
  Finance accepted as an alternative.

• Strong interest in accounting-related topics
  , including monthly closings
  , financial flows
  , and controlling activities
  .
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology
  .
• Comfortable working with numerical data and structured financial processes.
• Interest in working with financial information systems (ERP), particularly SAP
  , or willingness to learn.
• Very good command of Excel
  .
• Knowledge in Power BI would be a plus
