As CFO, you will be a key sparring partner for the executive management team and hold full responsibility for the financial performance and strategic direction of the Cuculus Group.

• Strategic Financial Planning:
  Develop and oversee the long-term financial strategy to support our global expansion goals.
• Reporting & Controlling:
  Drive high-quality financial reporting for the management board, shareholders, and investors.
• Business Steering & Profitability:
  Establish and continuously improve financial steering across product life cycles, customer projects and support services.
• Capital Markets & Funding:
  Manage liquidity planning, lead future funding rounds, and maintain strong relationships with banks and investors.
• Process Optimization:
  Professionalize internal structures in Accounting, Controlling, and Legal to ensure full scalability for a growing Software business.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify financial and operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Leadership:
  Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

Analytical, Hands-on & Visionary

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Director Finance), ideally within a Tech/SaaS environment.
• Education:
  
  University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA/CFA qualification is a plus.
• Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of financial reporting (HGB/IFRS), investment controlling, and experience in financing rounds.
• Tech-Forward Mindset:
  You view technology as a core enabler and are proactive in leveraging AI to enhance financial steering and efficiency, staying ahead of the curve to future‑proof the finance function.
• Mindset: A hands‑on mentality combined with strategic foresight. You thrive in agile, fast‑paced environments.
• Communication:
  Fluency in English and German is essential for this role given our international operations and local presence.
