Der Bereich „Group Taxes“ ist verantwortlich für alle steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen innerhalb des Heidelberg-Konzerns. Hierzu zählen neben den klassischen Compliance-Aufgaben im Bereich des nationalen und inernationalen Steuerrechts die steuerliche Beratung innerhalb des Konzerns, die Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten, Projektarbeit, die Konzernsteuerplanung sowie die steuerliche Begleitung der digitalen Transformation.

* Ihre Aufgaben:

* • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Teams Group Taxes mit akuell 6 Mitarbeitern/-innen  
• Verantwortliche Umsetzung aller Sachverhalte des nationalen und interationalen Steuerrechts des Konzerns und deren Tochtergesellschaften  
• Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung des „Tax Compliance Systems“  
• Monitoring aller relevanten OECD Aktivitäten    
• Leitung und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden, steuerrelevanten Projekten sowie Unterstützung anderer Projekte in steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen  
• Mitarbeit bei Verrechnungspreis-Fragestellungen des Konzerns  
• Verantwortliche Leitung der Erstellung von Körperschafts- und Gewerbesteuererklärungen    
• Mitwirkung bei der Gruppen-Steuerplanung  
• Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Gesetzesänderungen im Unternehmenskontext sowie Umsetzung der Richtlinienkompetenz in steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Anforderungen:

* • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, ergänzt um ein Steuerberaterexamen  
• Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung im Steuerrecht, idealerweise in einer international tätigen Steuerberatungsgesellschaft oder in einem internationalen Konzern  
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise  
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und praktikable sowie pragmatische Lösungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzeigen und umzusetzen    
• Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Spaß am Arbeiten im Team  
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
